We all know how healthy it is to get out in the sunshine and play. And that’s exactly what we’ve been doing all summer long.
I have a new YouTube channel @WellthyByDesign and have been galavanting all over town, capturing the places and activities I know bring health to my body and soul.
We’ve visited Carillon Point in Kirkland, WA, a gorgeous waterfront property where I started my career as a Contracts Paralegal (I can now draft contracts in my sleep).
We ventured downtown Kirkland and saw some of the shops, hustle and bustle that keeps our community alive.

And I couldn’t have completed this jaunt without going slightly over the border into Kenmore to explore the grounds of the Lodge at St Edward State Park, a restored Catholic seminary from the 1930s that sat abandoned for decades until a developer from Portland stepped in and brought it back to its former glory and then some.

We captured all of it in the short film you can click on below.
Getting out and breathing. Taking in the sights and absorbing the sun’s rays on our skin. Eating and drinking with friends and family as we gather for summer picnics and al fresco dinners. These are the concepts behind Wellthology, the things that make us well.
Cheers to summer! I hope you’ve been enjoying it as much as we have.
