Recently, I’ve been making some changes.
Some of you know over the past few years I started a business designing fruit and gift baskets called The Fruiterie where I was putting together really pretty baskets with fruits, gifts, chocolates, and gorgeous flowers. Very botanical and very high-end. I always wanted to send one to myself!
And then on the advice of a seasoned entrepreneur, I expanded that from just baskets into a business called The Gifting Studio. This catered to the needs of businesses who wanted to send gifts to employees and clients. I had some good traction there and was getting noticed by some local CEOs and real estate offices, but working with larger businesses never felt right. I wanted to get back to working with people in a one-on-one scenario.
So I’ve taken this year to repackage the whole thing in a different way.

For the past ten years or so, I’ve been looking at what makes us well. Like, everything I could uncover. Not just what we eat or how we exercise, but how we feel emotionally and spiritually. And thank God that chocolate is a superfood.
I’ve been to naturopathic doctors, herbalists, body workers, lifestyle coaches, nutritionists, NLP consultants, church, and the list goes on. I’ve made an exhaustive study on the elements that I’ve determined are all a part of our overall wellness.
And as a result, I’ve compiled my findings into a 76-page document which I have titled the WellthologyTM Collective & Journal.
WellthologyTM is a six-part collection of my findings, based on science, ancient wisdom, and experience both in my life and in observing others’.
It covers what we must do in order to change our lives from chaotic schedules, busyness and dreaded obligations, into something resembling calm, clarity, and being grounded and surrounded with the people, places and things we love.

Because we get to choose. We don’t have to do whatever other people say we have to do, and we don’t have to live up to expectations we never signed up for (sounds a little harsh, I know). But when we, as reasonable, responsible and caring human beings design our lives around the things we enjoy creatively, in business and in relationships, we begin to thrive.
Without giving it away, one of the most important elements in WellthologyTM is with who and what we surround ourselves. If we really don’t like our workplace then we need to change it. But maybe we do like our workplace, but home is somewhat intense. Then we just need to create some time to breathe and imagine how our lives could be more enjoyable inside and outside the house.
Within the pages of WellthologyTM I offer suggestions, tips, exercises and ideas for doing just that. It’s a 6-part framework you’ll walk through where each element builds on the one before it. I’ve included recipes and places to see and visit. I discuss the importance of what your home and life look like from the perspective of the French word “milieu” which basically is defined as your environment, lifestyle, and the things you love. We need to get as close to our ideal life as we can because the one thing we can’t get back is time, and it is certainly flying by.

So on my website, Wellthy.Design, there are a couple different ways to get WellthologyTM and you will find links to it on my Instagram and LinkedIn social media accounts as well. It’s a feel-good publication that will guide you down a path to your best life, and the best part is it’s all designed by you.
But although it’s wrapped up in a pretty package, and obviously written for a female audience, there are essential truths contained within its pages, and it is a powerhouse of collected wisdom and knowledge.
Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.
